Continuing with this case, we saw a reconstruction in a horizontal defect on the anterior mandible of a 53-year-old patient.
For this bone graft we are following of Prof. Fouad Khoury principle’s, nowadays the fastest technique for bone reconstruction.

We also placed the implants in the canines position and left the placement of the rest of the implants for 4 months later date due to insufficient osseous availability.
After 4 months, we raise a flap and place the dental implants. We also obtained bone cores for biopsy to check the number of vital osteocytes in the bone graft.
As you can see, the bone appearance is excellent, which allowed us to place the implants as if we were dealing with native bone. Hope you like it
