Live Surgery Course: 3D Reconstruction and Sinus Lift

Dear Colleagues, we have just completed our latest live surgery course, which took place last Saturday at the Puche Lázaro Clinic. We’re excited to share several images from the session, which focused on advanced techniques in bone reconstruction and sinus elevation.
Surgical Techniques Covered During the Course
The main procedure performed was a three-dimensional reconstruction using tunnel access, based on the technique described by Professor Khoury. A single vertical incision allowed full access to the surgical site, minimizing trauma and improving postoperative recovery.
In addition, we carried out a Cadwell-Luc sinus lift, combined with a crestal bone graft harvested from the mandibular ramus. All steps were completed via the tunnel approach, preserving soft tissue and optimizing graft integration.
These techniques represent the kind of biological, minimally invasive implantology we emphasize in our teaching.
Thanks and What Comes Next
We want to thank everyone who joined us, especially David, our cameraman, and the entire staff at Puche Lázaro Clinic for their support and coordination.
Your participation made the course a rewarding and educational experience. Sharing clinical knowledge in a real-time surgical environment remains one of the most effective teaching methods.
If you missed this live surgery course, don’t worry—we’ll be announcing the next edition soon.
