Hello everyone, today we present this case referred to us by a colleague, he is a 43 year old patient that due to a localized periodontal disease his upper left molar are moving and hopeless.

The extraction is perform and after 2 months a 10 mm vertical bone defect is left.
We performed a tunnel approach to avoid dehiscence combined with a Khoury box technique using bone autogenous blocks with particulate bone in inside the box frame.
After 4 months that is how the bone looks like, two implants are placed and wait 4 months for the implants osseointegration.
Finally we can see the look of the bone in the gingival former surgery.
In the X-ray we can see the all the steps.
